2020 Chrysler Voyager Safety Tech Features and NHTSA Rating
If you have a family, you know that the most important thing when it comes to your vehicle is safety. After that, a budget-friendly cost is probably second in importance. Well, what if we said there was a minivan that could meet (and perhaps even exceed) your expectations in both these areas?
It’s true. There is such a vehicle, and it’s the 2020 Chrysler Voyager minivan, which just received its overall safety rating from the NHTSA.
Chrysler Voyager Overall Safety Rating
It seems the Chrysler Voyager has followed in the footsteps of its sibling, the Pacifica, and not just because it’s a minivan. It’s also because the model received a 5-star overall safety rating from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safet Administration, or NHTSA.
As you might have guessed, 5 stars is the most a vehicle can receive from the NHTSA, a group that looks at a vehicle’s safety capabilities in multiple crash scenarios. These include front driver-side, front passenger-side, overall frontal, front seat combined barrier and pole side, rear seat combined barrier and pole side, and driver side barrier impacts.

What Safety Tech Comes With the 2020 Voyager?
The Voyager’s stellar safety rating certainly has a lot to do with its construction and engineering materials. For example, 72% of the Voyager’s body is made from high-strength steel.
But, the Voyager also had some high tech features that give you additional peace of mind on the road. We’re talking about features like Blind-spot Monitoring and an available Rear Cross Path detection system. One feature we’re really excited about is the available ParkSense rear park assist system that guides drivers into parking spots, making street parking a breeze.
The bottom line is that you and your family can feel safe and secure inside the 2020 Chrysler Voyager, so get in contact with us at Jim Cogdill to learn more.
